I didn't forget pictures of the real stars of the show, but you'll have to read all the way through to see them. In the meantime, we have been talking with the Graphic 45 people about the class they'll be teaching on April 13th, and for those of you signed up to take the class, here is a list of items to bring with you.
Please definitely bring the following:
- Scissors (fine detail scissors for "fussy cutting")
- Pencil
- Paper cutter that will cut 12" paper
- Sanding block or emery board
- LOTS of adhesive (like Red Line Tape, Miracle Tape, tape runners or ATG tape gun and refills)
- Strong glue (like Glossy Accents or Beacon 3-in-1) or other wet adhesive
If you have the following items, please bring them. We will have some available to share.
- Crop-A-Dile
- Scalloped border punch
- Bone Folder
- Un-du
Some of you have asked about the following and you may feel free to bring them if you like.
- Ink pad for inking edges of paper
- Ott light (Just remember that you will not be close to a receptacle and a battery-operated light or a long extension cord would definitely be in order.)
The class is being held at First Church in Simsbury, around back on the lower floor in Palmer Hall. For those of you who have never attended any of our classes at the church, the address is 689 Hopmeadow St, and it's located across the street from Fitzgerald's Market. The doors will open at 10:00 am and class will begin promptly at 10:30. We look forward to seeing everyone there for what promises to be a fun-filled three hours.
